Roasted to maintain a delicate balance between lightly roasted and well-developed beans, this cup is fruity and delicious.
Since this is a new offering for us, I've been brewing mostly as a Chemex pour-over which excels in flavor development. I'm sure an Aeropress would be amazing, as well as a Single Origin shot of espresso. Try it out, and let me know what you think! Stick to a lower brew temp to bring those fruits out in the cup!
