WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE WHAT I GET IN MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

Just let us know. Connecting you with great coffees is our job. If you are not stoked with a particular coffee in your subscription, we can change that, and get you something you do love! Just let us know!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We hope you never cancel your order or subscription, but if you do need to we understand- life happens. We ask that you cancel your subscription a.s.a.p. so we can plan our roasting accordingly.

CAN I CHANGE PLANS AT ANY TIME?

Of course! Wether you're getting too much coffee or not enough, we will work with you to get your deliveries synced to a time frame that makes sense for you and the freshness of your coffee.
